i just got my web done ; it's the first peircing ive ever gotten . is it tupposed to be hurting & swelling up ?

I can see getting your tongue pierced, belly button, eye brow, but never the skin under your tongue. As with a tongue piercing, i suggest eat ice, or drink cold water to help with swelling. Take ibuprofen for pain and swelling.

not sure what a 'web' is, maybe I'm behind in the times. if I were you I would call the place where you got the piercing and ask them.

well usually it does that but make sure you listen to everything the piercer said such as what you can and cant eat
try not to talk much and avoid foods that need a lot of chewing
