I think if you were just experimenting it would only by physical. If you emotionally want to be with both then you might consider yourself bisexual.

Nope. Only you can, but here's some help: 10% of the population has only homosexual sex, but, sadly, only about 1-2% of that 10% are openly gay. And that 10% doesn't include bisexuals, transgendered individuals, or those who reject their homosexual side or have not considered that fact that they could be gay, which would drastically raise that percentage.

Well it depends, If your not so sure if you are, and a little confused on your orientation.You could be bisexual if you have feelings for them both.But it's up to you.Who do you like more, Guys or Girls?? If you cant decide which one and you like them both, your best choice would be bisexual.
