She can't get pregnant from her lesbian lover.
She needs sperm. Unless her lesbian lover was a man when he was born, it's not pregnancy.
The cramping, however, could indicate a cyst or something even more serious. She needs to see a doctor to get this checked out.
--EDIT--
I HATE those "omg! may i pregnant?" questions as well. If you have to ask, take the freaking test! Go to a doctor! Don't ask strangers the question of "i'm really quesy and my stomach hurts alot (sic). am i pregnant?" especially when they don't mention that they even skipped their period.
I'm pregnant now and I can tell you that although it's a strange, strange world, it's also a time to have a bit of logic.

She couldn't get pregnant from her lesbian lover. She could be pregnant with in vitro, otherwise if she is pregnant she has slept with a man. I would say she should go to the doctor because if she has not been with a man or had in vitro it can be many things. Hypothyroidism, stress, many other things can be related to not having a period that long. It could even be early menopause. She needs to go to the doctor. *LOL* You'd be surprised how many stupid questions are asked that people mean. I felt like asking am I pregnant and seeing what people would say. I know people wonder, but there are just so many am I pregnant questions and you feel like your parroting the same answers.
13 weeks and 3 days pregnant.

LMAO!
Maybe her lesbian lover is really a man in drag and she just never noticed his man parts. Maybe his man parts are so small you can't tell what they are.
Or, maybe she has someone on the sisde.
I think her lesbian lover should marry her immediately. Make an honest lesbian out of her.

You can only get pregnant from sperm entering the uterus. This could happen if:
1) lesbian lover is actually a man
2) lesbian lover injected friend with frozen sperm
3) friend had an affair with a man
Otherwise, she is not pregnant. Other things can halt periods, including stress and ill health. Seeing a gynecologist is her best bet.

This is not some funny joke. It is possible for a lesbian to be raped and then become pregnant, you know. Get a life.

It could be signs of stress or a more serious medical condition. She should see a doctor, or free clinic, or planned parenthood. Does she workout alot? A lot of female athletes train to the point that they can disrupt their cycles.

Cramping and pains should be checked out by a doctor.
And, if she is in a faithful relationship with another woman, she can not be pregnant.
If she was with a man, she can be pregnant.
