I realize that this probably won't be a popular answer, but maybe you should ask for specific incidents where this person had a problem with you. When your boss or the new employee gives you an incident or a remark that offended the new employee, listen. Don't say a word about the situation until you have thought about how you would have felt on her side of things. If you feel the need to apologize, do. If you feel that you were justified in your actions, or that you were misunderstood, express that, but in a civil manner. If there really is a problem with this new employee, your boss will be more likely to act if you deal with things in a professional manner.

So, he feels that for the time of basic terms your place is one in each and every of subservience so as which you would be addressed informally, while all people else gets the Mr. or Mrs. clinical care? it somewhat is slightly previous college. once you're a receptionist or admin-assistant, and all people else is an government, then i think it somewhat is justifiable. you could desire to test with employing his first call if the others do. Or, in case you insist on the surname, then request courteously, possibly explaining if needed that that's nothign own yet you're attempting to construct a acceptance for deserving formal appreciate. interior my workplace, all people different than travelers get the 1st call clinical care, which incorporate the boss. it somewhat is plenty extra elementary those days i think of.

Sounds like you were training your replacement. Now that's she's all trained up, they can pay her half of what they pay you! All they have to do is say goodbye to you.

If it's not that great a job...I'd be out looking for a new one really fast...no sence in staying where your not wanted.

Maybe your attitude was a little too abrasive for your boss.

She is their girfriend who will take your job. They do not want to be fair to you because they promise her you will go so she can have your job if she do the thing with them.
