I'm maid of honor at a wedding and its two weeks before my due date. I'm a little worried that since this is the 2nd time around that maybe the baby will come early. My first time, my son arrived 4 days after his due date. But I hear the 2nd time it happens faster. All women who have given birth twice, I would love to know if when you gave birth to each, before,after or on your due date. Thanks!

Unfortunately you won't be able to go off of what others say, every woman is different. My first born was on his due date and my second was 2 days after. But often women do give birth earlier with their second. Pregnancy isn't an exact science, full term is considered anytime between 37-42 weeks, 40 weeks is just an average but not set in stone.
If you do go into labor at your friends wedding it will make for a good story ... smile!

Both my children came early. If the wedding is before your due date, I'd have a heart to heart with the bride to be, you may want to reconsider as if you went into labor (water broke etc.) during the wedding festivities it might take too much attention away from the bride and groom.

I've been late on all my babies, but my cycle is longer than most (30 days instead of 28) and that adds extra days. But my seventh child was born two weeks late to the day!
It really just depends on your body and how ready your baby is to be born. Wish you the best.

I had my second baby week b4 my due date, but i had high blood pressure and was induced. My first child was a week late.
