Ok, make 2 separate partitions, one for the vista and the other, for windows xp. Get a free version of VMWare after you installed Vista.

Ok, Read the manual before Installing VMWare and run it. Create a virtual machine console on the other partition, and use it to run Windows XP.

You cannot. You can install XP and Vista on the same hard drive, called dual booting (but in different partitions) but no software can be installed on a processor. A processor is the brains that executes all of the instructions, storage is your hard drive where everything is installed.

That's not possible because you can't run both operating systems at the same time. If you install both Operating Systems every time you start your computer it's going to ask you which OS you want to load. Therefore, whichever one you are using will use all your hardware.

You don't - Its impossible to install Microsoft operating systems on CPU cores!

You must install the operating systems on to partitions on your hard disk drive.

not a probability, I were given my pc with a 2.3GHz twin-middle (regardless of the indisputable fact that it grow to be AMD, so it really is the equivalent of a a million.8GHz twin-middle Intel), and 1GB of memory, and that ran slowly with Vista residing house proper type. in case you mean an Intel processor, you opt on a minimum of 2GHz, and also you opt on a minimum of 2GB of memory. in case you opt on to understand I upgraded my memory to 3GB, and that serves e superbly, yet i did not improve the processor, so i will't play good video games comfortably, and video modifying and exporting takes continually.

Sure, make sure your HD has more than one partions. When you install the second OS, simply choose the second partion.

First, thats impossible, you can't run two operating systems at once.
Second, why would you want to?
