The idea is that you should never be having unprotected sex unless you want to conceive. There are no bargains to be had here, no deals to be made about this. Anything less is foolish at best and criminally stupid at worst.
Yes, that last part is true. People can and have and are being prosecuted for spreading STD's. In fact, in Canada there is a former professional athlete who is currently on trial for just that.

Way back, Ann Landers said the best fom of birth control was an Aspirin tablet, held firmly between your knees. Aside from birth control, why are you not having unprotected sex. The rateof new HIV cases each year is in young heterolsexual people and midddleaged divorced. Which group do you belong to? Pregnancy is the least of your worries today.

Okay, why would you want to have unprotected sex and after taking Plan B? You can't keep taking it everytime you have sex and think about the STD's and AID's. That's just nasty. Wear protection!!
