My friend gave me an iTunes Music Store Card (for $15.00) and I redeemed it a couple of days ago. I just got back on and I tried buying How To Save a Life-The Fray and an iTunes pop-up came up and said that the iTunes Music Store Card was not reconizable and I tried redeeming it again and also tried signing in and out twice. What is the problem? Please HELP!

I have the same problem. It is nearly impossible to read the activation code on the back. Is it an N or H? S or 8? Really irritating.
There is a solution, however. Go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/store/giftcard/ and enter the information at the bottom of the page to send an email that will help you out. It takes up to 24 hours for a response, but it's better than wasting a $15 card.

well probably you cant see the numbers very well and you need glasses or probably you typed the numbers too fast and thats why the pop up came on.try typing in the numbers slowly.good luck!!!
