I'm just cruious, I need to get information -medical that is, and I was thinking about calling Children's Hospital, but then again, I thought, maybe I could just contact my physician, since I felt that they too should have the records, since they are the ones that I see yearly. So, am I wrong? I'm just curious, and who at the hospital would I speak with about my records?

Unless you requested the records to be sent to your family doctor, they probably don't have them. Call the main number for the hospital, and ask to speak with someone in 'medical records'. The switchboard operator should transfer you... FYI, They may charge a fee to have your chart pulled, and copied.

I agree with Custo...however, they shouldn't charge you a fee for sending your notes to another physician's office. If you were to pick up a paper copy of the records, they would charge you an arm and a leg (not literally, though)
