That is a different between stare and pretend to stare. And do you enjoy the stare?
A group of men showering together after some sports, teasing one another for fun is normal. But if you "enjoyed" too much for the staring and grabbing, I don't say is wrong but maybe that's not just teasing like you say.

I swear you are the stupidist man on the face of the earth! Not only do you have the gut to ask these questions and have everyone say you're a sicko for it, but you're too much of an idoit to keep asking them, plus you should be able to answer these questions yourself. Lastly, you shouldn't even be doing these things.
