Full size vans by Dodge, Chevy and Ford do not come from the factory with a 4WD option, however an aftermarket company called Quigley does do 4X4 conversions on Chevy and Ford full size vans for dealers and these are done in a way that it does not void the factory warranty.

They used to do conversions on Dodges as well until they went to the Mercedes/Dodge Sprinter style van. Quigley has been in business for decades and is the industry leader. I was considering this conversion on my older Dodge myself...

It used to be common to see a 4 wheel drive full size vans, but to my knowledge all were converted after leaving the factory. Just give your local dealer a call and ask them. I don't know of nay factory models, but the dealer can tell you who converts them, if anyone does now.
The only full size Dodge is now the Sprinter, not offered in 4WD and Ford and Chevy options do not include it, either.

chevrolet offers an allwheeldrive van. From their website: Available All-Wheel-Drive is a full-time, single-speed system that normally operates in a 35/65 (front/rear) torque split mode. Once rear-wheel slippage is sensed, torque is automatically transferred to the front tires for added traction when needed. Available on 1500 AWD Work and Passenger Vans only. And All-Wheel-Drive (AWD) is a GM segment-exclusive for the Full-Size Van segment. (Based on 2006 GM Large Van segment and latest available competitive information.)

As of 2016 no 4 wheel drive full size vans are made by manufacturers. Only solution is going to Quigley and having them fit their system in which makes a very strong setup but for another $8500 roughly. Sad that the companies all abandoned this part of the market that would be in demand in the snow belt where I live. A rear wheel drive van like my Chevy Express is a wonderful van until you need more traction like when in snow, mud or icy conditions. I would buy the exact same van as my 2001 1500 van again IF it came in all wheel drive but looks like I will be looking for another solution like Quigley....or a different type of vehicle.

Yes...GMC Savanna...it is special order for most dealers as it is a bit more $$$$ and dealers do not like to keep them on their lots given their low sales numbers.
