You Need 250 points to reach to level 2 & a 1000 for level 3. So start answering some questions !!!
What I recommend is to answer only the questions you know best so you can get chosen for Best Answer, & you'll get 10 points for it.

250 points gets you to level 2. Just click on your picture to the top left of whatever Yahoo Answers page you are on. It will tell you exactly how many more points you need to get to the next level.
