well in my dream i was driving down this icy snowy hill. then my car span out of control and kept spinning in 360's. then my car flipped. (in real life my car is a soft top and it would crush me easily) in my dream when my car flips it does not crush me. i crawl out of the car and colapse just out side of the car because i can't move my lower hafe of my body anymore. then i call my family and 911 and my girl friend. well my girl friend shows up and kneels down beside me and does nothing else the rest of the dream. then my parents and the fire trucks shows up. well my parents never came over to me. no one came over to me at all the whole dream except my gf kneeling next to me. they only seem to worry about the car. mean while i am still laying in the snow paralized. can anyone help me with this please. it has really been bugging me.

I am not a dream expert or anything, just my interpretation. The car crash could symbolize a situation that you are currently going through that you feel will end badly. The fact that your GF comes over to you might mean that you feel like she is the only one that supports you. Because she never helps you it might mean that you don't feel like she is giving you all of the support that she could. The part about your parents only worrying about the car could be that you feel that your family is not truly seeing how this situation is affecting you emotionally and that they are just focusing on the surface aspects of the situation you are dealing with, not realizing how much it is hurting you. Now about the fact that you are only paralyzed and not dead could mean that whatever it is you are going through will greatly impact your life, but you will make it through it.

Don't worry about the crash, this dream is not a premonitory dream. I think you are worry about your situation in life. Would your family help you? And what about your girlfriend?
In our dreams we ussually project that things that worry us in our normal life (but sometimes dreams are only dreams), so maybe you feel a little bit lonely now and you would like to have more attention from those who you love. Or maybe you don´t feel they don´t pay you as much attention as you wish. Your girlfriend is with you in the dream but she doesn´t do anything for you, so that could mean that you feel her closer and more caring than your family but still you need more from her.
