I was sitting in class (i'm in high school) and all of a sudden I felt as though something hit me in the back of my head. It didn't hurt though but my head jerked forward and I got very dizzy. It was scary.
Could it be because i'm stressed a lot?

I was disoriented for a couple seconds. Everything was moving.

It may also be your inner ear. Mine causes this to happen when I am having problems with my sinuses. I will sometimes get very dizzy very suddenly, but I have experienced something close to what you describe.
ADDITIONAL:
Another thing to do some research on is a condition called Dystonia. While I am not suggesting that this is your trouble, I would encourage you to see a doctor because the actual cause of your episode could be many things and you need to figure out what it could be.

Stress can cause pain in the head. Stress contracts the muscles and that could account for the head jerk. A violent movement to the head will cause disorientation and dizziness. Place an ice pack to the back of the neck for fifteen minutes at a time and see if this helps. If this continues you need to see your medical doctor because it could be something more serious.

Has this happened before? Did something hit you in the head? How long did it last? If you are fine now I wouldn't worry about it. If it is a pattern you are going to want to go see a physician or even your school nurse if you have one. I would tell you parents for sure.

It can be a number of things, I would definately get this checked out....some possible causes can be dehydration (Do you drink enough non caffienated fluids?) or muscle spasm in the neck due to change of temperature or poor sleeping position overnight or something a medical person would be better placed to answer.
