Based on yr description, i wld presume it as "skin fungal infection"; or medically known as "Tinea Versicolor".

Its often caused by dried-up sweat tat hd not been clean-up immd + d humidity in our weather.

These white patches / spots, will spread to other surrounding area if not treated soon.
At worst, it'll turn to a light reddish-brown tone when prolong over a period of time.

There wont be any serious implication to yr health. Its more related to yr personal hygiene.
Furthermore, it wont be nice to be seen when ur wearing a low-back blouse / dress.

These sweat-fungals can oso be easily treated.
Just visit yr regular GP, & they will prescribe a small canister or cream for u to apply on these spots.
However, u'll hv to be deligent enough to apply them at least twice daily / aft yr bath.
Aft treatment, these patches usually could clealy be reduced by d 2nd wk.

The abv r juz a "PRESUMED EXPLAINATION".
You'll still need to get an actual diagnos / verification fr yr own GP.

Good Luck & God Bless! :)

You're waiting three weeks to see a doctor about this? WHY? Why not in 3 HOURS instead of three weeks?

Even if there was a doctor here, no on can diagnose you without at least examining you. IF this stuff is spreading, it's not worth waiting. Find the nearest walk-in clinic or emergency room and have this examined now. No arguments and no excuses.

It could be one of many skin conditions that cause the loss of Melanin in the skin. Has this occurred since you started sunbathing?

The back is the most common place for this to start in people who sunbathe. You need to get a referral to a dermatologist to exclude more serious conditions that may be present.

white spots on yr back, firstly, do u bathe while perspiring? If so, this might be the cause. Dont worry too much. Meanwhile you can buy ringworm solution to apply on.
