I had one in Portugal. Also someone asked how well they work. I know from experience the propane and natural gas ones work exceptionally well! But I have neither NG or propane here.
Do they come in electric and if so, do they work well also?

we had one put in a community center we built last year, what a mistake!! the 2,000 square feet of the newly laid hardwood floor took a beating. something inside of the tankless hot tank kept it from turning off and it melted the water line and water gushed out all night till we arrivedthe next morning with the inspector to get a final inspection on the building.

The electric ones work well too.... well worth the money either in electric or NG.

If I were you, I would go to a plumbing supply house locally, not a home depot type place, The Plumbing supply will know whats best locally.

Yes and they work fine. We have one in a half bath under the sink. Works great.
