today when i kissed him goodbye. it really hurt. has that happened to you before.? the static electricity is so bad, you cant even brush your hair.

Did i hear love in the air, that shock had nothing to do with electricity that was love.
The hair brush deal well it happens this time of year with the cold weather. I get it when i turn on the light switch now that's a shocker

Yes it has. When is even more funny is I have a cat that I kiss on the head and have been zapped a few times. I had one whole year where every place I went I got shocked. Getting out of the car,touching doors,store carts,shelving. I would look ridiculous when I would put my hand out to touch something I'd make a quick finger tap and pull away to do a quick check. One store got complaints so they put a ground wire on the carts.. I've had the noise so loud from the static you could hear it. Not fun.

The static has been bad lately, but it rained today, so I didn't get shocked all day... Nice!!!

What's even better is when the cat's cute little wet nose touches my arm when it's that dry...the sparks fly and the kitty jumps...I love my cats, but that's just too darn funny

you need tons more moisture in the air in your home. that'll cure that annoying ZAP, and it's better for your skin and lungs.
