Go to a tournament he's playing in and hang round as he's heading towards the court or back to the locker room afterwards. I've been close enough to several players to ask for autographs, usually when I haven't been seeking them out!

Well, there are 2 ways to go about it... The easy way and the hard way.
The easy way is you're mega-rich and can afford to sponsor an event (major tournament or exhibition) and get James to host or participate.
The hard way is to find out his schedule and try to meet him at one of his tournaments or exhibitions (it's probably on his website). This method is particularly difficult if you intend on setting yourself apart from the sea of fans all wanting a picture or autograph.
Good luck!

James Blake is traveling all over the world at a very fast pace, unless you have relations with his family or there is a tournament in your city, there is no chance on meeting him

Hmmmm meeting him? Well you can try to go to a tournament he is playing, then try to go where he is practicing. Maybe he can give you an autograph or something.
