what are ten things i need to know to be cool.?

what do i need to wear, what kind of music do i need to listen to and how do i act like a preppy snob and so on. i don't want anyone telling me to be myself thats crap.sry i want to be like this.

i agree with u i just wrote this to see what ppl think, im glad ppl aren't like this. i just was kinda doing an experiment.lol. good job. lol.

This is coming from a popular kid.. if you are a guy: red monkey, bape, southpole, sean jean jeans... michael jordan, bape, polo, southpole, etc shirts.. these are MUST HAVE jackets: bape and ice cream jackets... shoes: BAPES, ice cream, air force 1's or jordans.. earrings: michael jordan earrings..

girls: apple bottoms or southpole jeans.. shirts: bebe outfits, victoria secrets, ambercrombie, hollister, american eagle, etc..

All over ther world there are millions of definitions of cool. We have no idea what your definition is, so it is hard to tell you how to be that way. Also, I hate to go back to this, but there really is no way to tell you how to be cool. Cool is being you and being comfortable with being you. Cool is wearing what you want and acting how you want without worrying about what others will say or think. Think about what you said...why would you want to act like a "preppy snob"? Is it because of the perks this "in-crowd" gets? Does everyone like them or does it seem like they have lots of friends? If there are somethings that usually hold true it's that "the cool group" does not last forever and that they're not as great as they seem. School or wherever they are has to end sometime, and after that, without other people admiring them all the time, they're just ordinary people. A lot of times people get into these cool groups just because they don't like themselves. They feel like they have to adhere to some false standard of being beautiful and funny all the time, when in reality, no one is like that.
The only thing I can suggest is to have good hygiene--wash your hair regularly, iron your clothes, brush your teeth as often as you should, and just generally take pride in yourself inside and out. When you don't have to change for people to like you, when you don't have to act, to fake it---that is cool.

If you are a preppy snob than you should have no problem acting like one. If you are not and attempt to be, which seems to be your goal, you will seem fake and alienate people who the "being yourself" you could be friends and still won't fit in with the "preppy snobs." (No offense to prep's, I know several who are not snobs).

If you want to be cool, believe in yourself, self confidence is the one thing an individual can have to influence how others feel about them. It is hard to like someone who does not like themselves.

You need to buy clothes from Hollister, American Eagle and A&F. Have short hair. Where Polos and shirts that are red and blue. You need to listen to Pop and keep updated on the new hits. Never show that you are angry or unhappy.

You must have confidence in yourself, and be yourself. Being cool isnt about clothes, but being yourself and having fun. If you try to be popular, the less popular you will be, but if you be your yourself, then youll will be cooler. You want to be unique too. Maybe it is about clothes a little bit, but only if you dont shower and wear like clothes from like wal-mart or something. Maybe you might want to choose something like abercormbie. And if youre shy, then you dont have much to talk about, and people dont feel they need to be around you, so try some sports so you guys have something in common to talk about.
