How about miniture soaps or lotions or miniature spounges (the bathing/showering kind) or mini bar soaps. Ok maybe I sould say.... Bath stuff. You could use yellow feathers for confeti or just sprinkle some on the ground.

Get some of those metal tubs to put the ducks in. Also at party stores you can find wedding bubbles, they are small so everyone can blow bubbles. And what about buying or downloading the rubber duckie song from sesame street & splish splash I'm taking a bath I think little Richard sings it. Borders might have like a bath time CD. Also at Bed bath & beyond I saw small toy size old fashioned bath tubs these would be great for decorations. As the other post said bath stuff but what about making gift bags (at a party store they might have some with ducks) with travel size bubble bath small duck's a loffa, & the bubbles. The cool thing about the bubbles is you can make labels with cute sayings & put them on. I use them for birthdays, baby showers etc etc.
