All enzymes has a specific temperature where it's most effective. By changing the temperature, the shape of the enzyme changes and it won't be as effective as before.

Imagine using a bottle opener to open bottles, but at higher temperature, the bottle opener now changes shape to become more knife-like. At which temp will the bottle opener be easier to use?
