Business to Business (B2B) Advertising is adverstising directed to other businesses, rather than to consumers.
For example, a Malaysian shoes manufacturer (business)advertise on South East Asia Shoes Trade Publication in order to reach importers of shoes (business) in other countries.
An Insurance company in Malaysia (business) advertises / promotes new insurance product through 'Personal Money' magazine which is selling within Malaysia in order to reach the end-users (consumers) IS NOT B2B advertising, it is Business to Consumer (B2C) advertising.
Hope it helps.

There are business-to-consumer (aka B2C) campaigns - ie: Apple advertising the Mac to an end-user and business-to-business (aka B2B) campaigns - ie: IBM advertising its IT services to other companies.
Another example of B2B advertising would be a graphic design company advertising to a target audience of marketing or advertising firms to solicit work.
Good luck!
