my brothers were late bloomers...it would suck to be one too. all my friends are pretty developed. im like only 3.5" erect

Puberty tends to follow family traits. Yeah, you're gonna be a late bloomer. Don't sweat it.
Masturbation will not make your penis enlarge other than getting a stiffy. Masturbation is harmless and it feels good. So, if you want to believe you're enlarging your penis, go for it.

Okay.... first off masterbation does NOT make your penis grow. Secondly it runs in your family to be a late bloomer so don't worry. Male penises usually don't stop growing and developing until the age of 18-22. So that is plenty of time for ya, and about the puberty, it comes in stages and pubes and penis size is the least important of all of puberty.

Give it time... if your brothers were late bloomer, you probably will be too. You may just have straight pubes... not everyone has a curly bush!!

its ok i didnt get pubes either until 12 but i cut them once and they grew back thick so i suggest dont cut them and let them grow most guys dont like pubic hair so you should happy and your penis takes time to grow try masterbating makes it grow

you probally want believe this .but later in life you/ll probally shave your pubic hair off most guys find that they like it better shaved off.kind of wierd ant it
