It depends on the bill itself. the two dollar bill has been issued several times in the USA and some are harder to come by than others. These "rare" bills you may be able to get more than face value for from a collector but the bill itself will always only be worth two dollars in general circulation.

2 bills issued 1950.s about 4 or 5 dollars if good condition.
2 bills issued 1920's about 10.00 dollars.

Yes. If it's not too dirty or crinkled, you can use it for toilet paper in case of emergency. That makes it priceless.
