Those with lower IQ scores don't understand much in life, and probably think Jesus is guiding them to pop out brats, so that's why we get the joy of unruly kids everywhere.
Those with higher IQ's realize what an economic and emotional drain it is and think twice about even having kids, or if they do they have one or two.
