No, I never used to sweat, and I thought the same thing. Then I started to do more excruciating exercises, and I started to sweat like mad. Or maybe your pores are clogged or something. Remember to always wash your makeup off BEFORE you exercise.

Not unusual , some people just sweat through their hair or at the base of the back or on the chest. You must pass sweat somewhere when exercising. If not then perhaps consult with your doctor for a check up

Have some hypersensitive reaction tests run - besides the reality that it would not in basic terms ensue with chocolate, there may be an additive or ingredient that each and all of the ingredients share in trouble-free. it could additionally be hyperglycemia from the carbs/sugar. If it incredibly is reactive hyperglycemia (too lots sugar - i.e., chocolate, carbs (which will you physique breaks down into sugars)) then your sugars will spike in basic terms once you consume those ingredients - and you have 'regularly occurring' blood sugar stages - you may envision your sugar approximately 20-40 minutes after ingesting to work out in case you have reactive hyperglycemia. i might merely advise on your dr that they possibly do a glucose tolerance try - it incredibly is the place they make you drink this horrendous orange crap and then verify your sugars at widely used periods - it is going to likely be a sturdy indicator. sturdy success!

There is absolutely nothing wrong with you. I have the same problem, well...its not really a problem. Some peolple sweat less then others. Because you sweat less doesnt mean anything. Turning red is your way of dealing with exercise/heat instead of sweating.

What they say is not always true. I would check with a doctor anyways because if you never sweat and get really heated bad things could happen. Check into it and be safe.
