Yep, he'll can get a bit bigger than that. Oscars max out at 12-14 inches.
Try diversifying his diet a little bit and phasing out the feeder fish (too much fat, high parasite risk, low nutrition), integrate some shrimp and some cichlid pellets; oscars are suprisingly susceptible to malnutrition.

Are you having fun leaving me thumbsdown, Sinister? lol

If the diseases and parasites that often come in with live feeder fish don't kill him, he will reach about 15 inches at full adult size.

I had 5 oscars in a 125 g. and fed them high protein dog food pellets for years. The largest was 15 inches and the smallest was 12. They are carnivores and need 40-45% protein. Worms are a great food for them. I used to give mine worms as treats all the time.

It will get as big as a small dog... 25 to 30 inches long. Oscars are related to the salt water bass and the fresh water bass. same family. They are found in the rainforests. They will eat anything that fits into there mouths. I used to feed mine small puppy biskets.. they pair off for life. and are great parents. They will breed only on slate and are live bearers. good luck

You should also feed him pellets. Not just live foods. Oscars could get 12-14 inches.

Ah ha! I bet he's a beauty! Yes he will get bigger especially since he is all by himself!!! However, you should stop feeding hm feeder fish...sometimes the ones you get have nasty diseases in them. Bloodworms will do the trick...also, you could try crickets. Mine love them. I think he will get a few inches bigger!

Sounds like you have a tiger oscar. These typically get to be 14", but I know of some that are closer to 16"! http://www.fishlore.com/Profiles-Oscar.htm
