No, it would create a huge problem not only for peoples health, but it would just be another insanely large tobacco industry that in years to come will once again be protested against, the idiots who do it I have no problem with, it's their life and they can ruin it, and they do it whether it's legal or not, but if it becomes legal. It just creates more big business for someone to get caught up in

Absolutely, not only could the government tax it to no ends, it would free up a lot of space in the criminal justice system for real criminals like murderers, molesters, and rapists.
