I beleave parrot fish will grow quite large, correct me if im wrong

And if you do end up getting one ever, make sure you dont confuse the freshwater parrotfish with the slatwater one! That would be bad!

True parrotfish tend to be a foot or longer as adults. They also need hard items (like your stony corals) to chew to keep their beaks trimmed. http://www.peteducation.com/category_summary.cfm?cls=16&cat=1852

If you like the "look" of a parrot, try some of the smaller wrasses. They are about the same shape and there are some that are reef-safe.

Generally not. Most parrots are known to nip at corals so you don't want them in a reef tank.
