Oh, definitely pessimists.
I figure if I have to borrow money, I probably don't have the wherewith all to pay it back. And probably never will.
So, as a favor to the pessimist, I can reinforce his/her opinion (lowly that it is) of people in general.
Why burst that happy bubble trust that the optimist may hold for me?
No, as a favor to my fellow man, I try at all time to assist them in their core beliefs. Just goes to show you. Even dead beats can be humanitarians.

Dragon has not borrowed money from a non-financial institution in a long time. She borrowed money from her parents in college. But since then, she has only had bank loans.
Dragon does not like borrowing money from anyone.
