It's not Mickey, It's Biggie. I believe the song is called "Hypnotize" and it's by the Notorious B.I.G.

I believe that is Mickey by Toni Basil. I think it was a big hit in 1981. It's starts out hey Mickey your so fine, your so fine you blow my mind, hey Mickey, hey Mickey.
