Emily's right, Pinto, is a color.. and is seen in everything from Shetland ponies to Clydesdale draft horses.
Life spans for horses are a lot like people's; has much to do with good health care, good genes, and good enviornments.
Average untouched wild Mustang; 10-20 years.
Average Domestic well-fed/wormed/vaccinated ANY-breed horse will live 15-30 years.
Better care = longer lives, human care can extend the useful life of a horse by a lot of years.

Pinto is a color and the average for an average sized horse is any where from 25 - 35. Some horses and ponies getting into the 40's and draft horses averaging 20-30 some going longer

Since Pinto is a color and not a breed, it would be hard to say. Is he a pony, mini, stock (quarter) horse, draft, arabian, saddlebred, etc.? The average age of most horses is between 15 - 20 years. There are some that live well into their 20's and some even beyond that. It all depends on well a horse is cared for.

a pinto is a color not a breed. horses live between 20-30 years old. my aunt has a horse that is 35, it all depends on the breed. some breeds live to be older then 30 more often. i met a horse in his 50's once.

It all depends on the size of the horse. Ponies and Miniatures live like forever and draft horses live to be about 15 years old. The average height of a horse is like 16 hands and that horse lives to be 20-30ish. Still my horse who was 16 hands lived to be 12 because he died from colic. :(

So there is no sure way to tell.
