Will the temperature change from 68 F indoors to 30-40 F outside harm my ibook...?

if I bring it outside when I go for a smoke? I'm concerned that the rapid change in temperatures several times a night could cause damage.

Not the case, the guts... any more answers or does stupid monkey get best answer by default? I like his name but he needs some competition.

No dont be silly Apple and most all pc companies make extreme changes in controled temp rooms from hot to cold very fast but if the case does happen to crack just contact apple and they should replace it.
