im the captain of my hockey team and i sometimes run out of ways to motivate my team b4 a game. what are some good motivational things i could say?

Tell them that win or lose they should be able to go to bed tonight knowing that they played their personal best and that they worked as a team.

tell them to "get on their horse and ride"...to play like you want it and to not let the name on the jersey down...something that has worked for us recently is to tell them if they don't give 110% each shift they get their name on a list....after three strikes, they skate ladders next p-tice......p.s, mystery Alaska is rated R for the smart guy up there

get some cheer like the "Who Ride" one when you're circled up talking

talk about the other team and how gay they are
