why do people assume that only white celebrities people get plastic surgery?

y dont people think that black or white or hispanic...etc get surgery

all celebrities get plastic surgery, remember james browns wife died on the table, all the jacksons noses, every breast in hollywood.

I had my nose fixed as a kid, it did wonders for my life. I am glad I had it done.
