Similarities-both had a mix of hunter-gatherer and agricultural societys. Both also had low technology levels and simple political systems. They are geographically isolated from civilization (America by the Atlantic Ocean, Sub Saharan Africa by the Saharan Desert). Both were politically and economically exploited by foreign powers in Europe. Poor living standards and disease were common in both. The indigneous people in both areas/eras suffered from cultural/racial biases, with disasterous consequences.
The differences between the two are that in pre-Columbian America, there were advanced civilizations and societies (at least in comparison to their European conqeurors). Also, where the Native American population tended to resist assimilation and exploitation, Sub Saharans had a hand in their exploitation, especially in the slave trade.

particular i do, because of the fact i'm african. Sub Saharan Africa is crammed with Black Africans. North Africa is blended with the two, yet has usually Arabs and Blacks, and the two who're blended jointly. additionally, distinctive climates, sub Sahara has darker human beings, because of the fact my dad is dark yet my mom is mild caramel, and North africa has darker and lighter and a few interior the middle. It relies upon which worldwide places are via the equator.

Both had their advance civilizations, which stretched way back thousands of years, and yet had cultures which had not been touched by civilization.
