Well we live in a free country so this won't happen but at least don't use them as factual journalistic articles.

The reason he was so acurate with the Hell's Angels is because he rode with them, but then ran when they got into an actual fight.

he was a great man, and his articles were factual. Or at least based on facts, with his own personal little twist on them for humour and emphasis. anyone could report facts and figures, not many could use those facts to tell unforgettable stories to make people think.

I dont think anyones works literary, artistic, or otherwise should be banned.. You dont wanna look at it dont.. some of us may..

Now as to things not being factual.. Hmm i dunno his bit on the Hells Angels was pretty accurate (in fact I thought it was a little tame) And I belonged to a 3 piece patch M/C club...(outlaw)

No, no piece of literature should be banned. His books are nothing but garbage and I would not buy nor read one. But you start banning books and God only knows where they will stop. If you don't like what he has written about, just don't read it and don't recommend it as good reading to friends and family. He is nothing but an alcoholic and drug addict and certainly has written nothing I would want to read.

If you don't like it just stop reading. Why ban something others may enjoy?
