There is like some dirt down beneath my big toe nail on each big toe. Can anyone give me some suggestions to get rid of it?

Try to soak your foot in warm water for 5 miniutes. Then try to get it out with a pointy side of a nail filer. If that doesn't work, cut your nail off.

Ok when you get out the bath or soak your foot in water for 5-10 minutes, you then use the pointed end and one blade of a pair of scissor and prise it out that way. Just make sure you have a steady hand. Takes like 5 seconds to do and is totally painless

This is what I do, soak your feet in warm water for about 5-10 minutes, then gently scrape away dirt using nail file. Good Luck!!!

Use the tip of a metal nail file or tweezer tip or something pointy to get under there. Soaking them first might help.

try a tooth pick if that does not work what i do is use a new tooth brush that i only use on my toes. use a tooth whitening paste and in time it will bleach it.

i would say soak them to soften the dirt
then try to get it out
if that doesnt work
then it may be a fungus
then u just soak it in clorox
it kills all virus/bacteria

You could also use some lemon juice if it is discolored, it will help loosen any dirt as well.
