i think you mean 220, if you don't then whatever...
you can find power transformers at most electronic shops, it is easy in america to find transformers but it might be more difficult in malasia, or at least more expensive and not as compact
my transformers i used in korea were much larger than those in the us but yeah it works
you may have to go to capital to find a store which sells what you want
