i would say peanuts, or other nuts, fruit, cheese and crackers,,,,,, stay away from high sodium and sugar,,,,,

It is best to have a complex carbohydrate such as a bun. Do not have sweet things as this will give a sugar high that will very quickly become a sugar low. The bun will release energy gradually into your blood stream. Eat it with something natural and fresh on top (lettuce, avocado, carrot, radish, maybe a piece of chicken, whatever) to provide viatmins and minerals which will help release the energy so you feel bright and fresh and not 'blah' and heavy. For fluid i suggest some light milk.

True story. During my bar exam I made no plans for lunch and both days ate canned stew out of a vending machine. I passed even though I didn't intend to take the test until just 3 weeks beforehand. It's sounds unbelievably stupid but it worked for me.

Foods that have been proven to make people smarter:

tuna and minty gum.....seriously!!! Look it up

eat a tuna sandwhich for breakfast and then chew minty gum during the tests

This one boy that I used to go to school with made a perfect score on the SAT. When someone asked how he did it, he said he went to a donut shop before going to his testing site and ate a kolache. =P

raisins, or trail mix. The nuts in trail mix will be good source of protein and wont fill you up too much.
