Dudes i no both black and white(& not white boys tryin 2 act black) wear there pants low not really sagging and they were belts and i think it looks cute especially if u have a nice upper body.

I think guys look cute when they re pants are just a little low...If their pants are all the way up they tend to look kinda nerdy.

I think it depends on the girl. If the guy is well kept I'm more likely to notice him than if he looks unkept with baggy pants. However, if he is "ganster" but wears it well that is attractive to me.
