i really am having trouble finding a style that looks good on me : (
i have tried a lot of colors of eyeliner, maybe im not using the right brands, but it makes my eyes look like i've been crying a lot of times, and its all day, not just after i put it on. also, i think part of the crying look is because of the eyeshadow. i use either a peachy color, darker bronze, or lavender. sometimes i take a large brush and put a light brushing of the lavender around my eyes to make that area a little paler and luminescent, and that works ok for me. also, i cant find a good concealer, cause i can always see the red/purplish marks through the concealer so i always put powder on to make them less apparent, but it always makes me look like an airbrushed porcelain doll.
help please!

Lavender does not look good on everyone. Are you blue eyed? if so you need to get the right lavender, or it can make you look like you have been crying or drinking. Peach would do the same thing. Too much red, in either or both cases. Perhaps a vanilla beige or taupe or grey would be better. Some browns, if they are cool; look great on blue eyed people. I wear them a lot; but they cannot be too warm. Use a light touch, and use your concealer on top of your make up base.

A trip to a favourite make up counter at your department store might help, too. Lots of times those ladies have some of the greatest and latest ideas. They can show you how to use many products.

You are putting too much makeup on. I think a more natural look will help you better.

1. Eyes- Dust a thin layer of sparkly beige eyeshadow on. Apply only a tiny bit of dark brown eyeliner to your top lid only. Next, apply a lengthening mascara to your top and bottom lashes in brown or black.
2. Cheeks- Sweep a little bit of a peachy-pink color blush on the apples of your cheeks.
3. Lips- Apply lip balm liberally. Once it has set, apply concealer to your lips, and a coat of clear lipgloss over it.

Good luck and if you have any questions just message me.

if you want a good and natural concealer go somewhere where they have cards with the color on it and lift it up to you face and whichever one looks invisible against your skin that's the one you should get.
for the eyeliner you can try brown or another light color.

first of all, dont use eyeliner. use mascara instead. also, dont put eyeshadow under your eyes. instead, but concealer, then put blush on the apples of your cheeks. i cant help you with the concealer, because i have the same problem.

It sounds like sometimes you are putting too much makeup on. You really need to soften this up. Only put your eyeshadow from your lash line to your crease, and that's it. For products, i would recommend Jordana. Their products work great, are made all in the USA and are pretty cheap. Of course the expensive brands like clinique work too. (I've heard some great stuff about Clinique).

I would go to Sephora and see what they say. You can get free makeovers there, and they have tons of brands so you don't have to go to multiple cosmetic counters :)
hope that helps!
