OK, here's my question: Why are some people winning the lottery and others are not?
There are, in fact, 2 theories to explain this.
One is that the people who constantly win the Lottery are psychic and that they use their powers to win. They use special methods to make the task easier. However, the Lottery is fair chance and not rigged.

Another theory is that lottery IS rigged, meaning that winning numbers are selected based on what "guesses" are inputted by the players, not by random chance, and designed to give out the least possible money. That does NOT mean making everybody lose; it means OCCASIONALLY allowing people to win, just to keep them playing, and selecting a few "lucky individuals" who they constantly give the prize to, to keep the public hopeful. They are giving out the least amount of money possible. In this case, it does not matter if the player is psychic.
I DO know for sure that lottery money does NOT towards funding general education; it goes to the GOVERNMENT...
I am more than positive that 1 of these theories is correct. Please do not say it’s all based on luck because luck does not explain it.
I know one more thing, if it helps, and that’s that old people win Lottery more than young people do…
So, my question: which of the 2 theories is correct??

hate to break it to you, but it's pure luck. the lottery is Random. Sorry you didn't draw the right number, but look at those odds again. There are a lot or people in those things, and your odds are not different from 0, statistically speaking.

The money DOES go to government.
Old people do win more often but God probably has a hand in that. They pray more often.
