Fess up, because if you don't the lie will grow and grow. There is two reasons why people cheat. One is because the thrill of the cheat- not getting caught. The other one is because the person doesn't love the person that they cheated on anymore.

Well if someone cheated on you would you want them to fess up or just leave???
I believe in karma....
I would want my partner to be honest with me so in that same respect I would be honest with my partner...

Well....I would tell the truth and then be prepared to incur whatever punishment may follow. If you love him/her then fess up. It's going to be harder on them than you..I can guarantee it. If you don't love whomever, then maybe you should ask for a divorce.

Depends on what you want.... If you cheat you made a mistake. If you confess to ease your guild, that's two, and your marriage is over. On the other hand, once a cheater,always one, and everyone deserves a faithful, loving spouse...... If it was you who cheated,.....Tell him, leave, so he can find someone worthy of his affections.... Betrayal is the only dealbuster in a marriage.... everything else can be negotiated.....
