theyre very traditional and i like that in them and their son...how do i impress them and proove that im worthy?? i can write/speak/read marathi..but i dont think thats enough..HELP!!

Well its great that you can speak it, it will be difficult, but be respectful, make sure they know you are not a trashy American girl who parties all the time (thats what most foreign mothers see honestly.) Show that you are smart and respectful to your elders and do not kiss their son in front of them until they except your relationship.

You do not need to search for ways to impress them and your personality speaks good of you. Threfore you will soon succeed in impressing the marathi parents and get their blessings.

Wait are you white or is your bf white??
Well me being indian I know how the indian parent mentalitly work. If you are the white girl its either 1 of 3 things.
1. They will like you no matter what.
2. They will not like you no matter what & hope their son stops seeing you.
3. They wont like you by but with time will start liking you more.
Just act somewhere between how you normally are & a somewhat strict personality. So you wont really make a fool out of yourself lol.
