Yes, and can cause infection...but not poisonous.
Clean thoroughly and make sure teeth didn't break off in the flesh...if so pick them out or it will fester.

hmmm what a question. Short Answer yes. However it depends on your threshold of pain as well. I have over 250 snakes in my possession and I get bit almost on a daily basis, granted they are mainly from hatch-lings. Do hatch-lings hurt when they bite? no, it's more like a pin prick than anything. However if a 6 ft Red tail Boa were to bite you, yes it would hurt. I was recently bit by my 9 ft Moluccan python and it hurt like holy you know what and it bleed like a faucet.
oh by the way some snakes are not poisonous, they are venomous.

Not really. It just feels like a pinch. They do not have fangs like venomous snakes. Their teeth are small and fixed and can barely break the skin. If they do bite you though just clean the wound really good to avoid infection. Now a monitor lizard is different, they hurt like a son of a *****.

i have been bit many times and while it doesnt usually hurt at the moment they bite becasue they have extremely sharp teeth, they have several rows of teeth and it stings for a few minutes afterwords. the key is to not pull back, because that is what causes the damage, the tearing. clean it with peroxide and cover it, its no big thang...

I would imagine so, since it hurts for a king snake to bite you and they are the same sort of snake, the ones that crush their prey to death.

YES! Just because they're not poisonous does not mean they don't have fangs. And it does hurt. However, once the snake realizes that you are not food, they usually let go pretty quickly.
