There are many heterosexuals who believe that homosexuals were not born homosexual. There are many homosexuals who believe that they were born homosexual. Some heteros think that people choose to be gay.

Could it be possible that everyone is born gay, but just choose to be straight to conform to society and not be shunned by it?

Please keep your rude answers to yourself.

I think everyone is born predisposed to one sexuality or another. no one "chooses" to be gay or straight. I don't care what the bigots say....try asking them if they were born straight or if they chose?
a lot of us suppressed who we are or were in denial for a long time when we were raised in a society that tells us being gay or lesbian is "wrong." and then we finally just "be ourselves" and the bigots think we just "changed" or "chose" to be gay for some reason. I have a lot of straight friends who are very accepting and understanding....but just try explaining that to the ignorant, close-minded haters. they refuse to believe we were born gay, but can't give one legitimate reason or "facts" to back that up.

Homosexuality is an unchosen orientation, and it is NOT changeable

Homosexual orientation can be detected in pre-school children.
