help me.. i feel so plain.. i have brown hair medium length and brown eyes and i'm pale and i feel like plain jane because all the girls around me with ginger or black or platinum hair look different.. i cant dye my hair... is there anything i can do?

Try something fun with your hair curl it put in a fun pony tail add colord makeup to your face to brighten it up warm colors that will excunate the color in your eyes

You are not plain. What's wrong with brown hair and brown eyes? And I personally think milky white skin looks good with brown hair. Think of it this way.... all those girls going out and getting tans are just hurting their skin and their looks for when they get older. You have the right idea.
Why can't you dye your hair? Not that anything is wrong with brown hair. I have brown hair...now. I dye it every color of the rainbow. As of right now, I have chosen brown. You are not plain.
But if you would like to change yourself up, I say go for it. It's healthy to experiment with different looks. But there is nothing wrong with the way you say you look now. Try some colored contacts. Those are fun...especially the cat ones.
Trust me when I say people respond to confidence more than looks. :)

try using hot rollers in it to add a different look/style. maybe you could do just a few highlights that would make your hair look alot different even if you dont use very many.
Also play up your make up a bit. you can play up your eyes without looking as though you've over done your makeup, just use a little bit of color on your eyes to make them pop.

Develop some flair. Be daring. Wear scarves or jeweled barrettes. Take up an unusual hobby. Don red shoes. Paint your nails blue. Laugh out loud. Take a chance. But whatever you do, do it with attitude. There is nothing plain about a person who exudes confidence!

you prob dont look plain...if you just list your hair, eye, and skin color it doesnt show anything. think of a fancier name for your eye color, like chocolate. if you stilll feel like a "plain jane" then just try different styles with your hair. try headbands with awesome designs. or try a bright eye shadow or lip gloss. red lip color looks great with brown hair and brown eyes.

find a estilo (style) you relate to or feel good with and just show that style off and you shouldn't feel that way. but if that doesn't work find out what you can do that a lot of people around you cant and that should help but other than that then i don't know what to say.

well if your parents dont want your hair permanet ask for semi-permanet hair color it washes out to 6-23 shampoos, try layering it with some sidesweept bangs......good luck =D
