D'u work? I think when u go to bed, u sleep so easily. Or maybe when even u see lucid dreams u dont even remember it. Like, last night I had a lucid dream, but I just remembered it when I read your question. I think u also had lucid dreams, maybe u dnt try to remember it later. U can do this thing, when u go to bed, think about things that u really want to think about, dont think about them on purpose of having a lucid dream, just think. It can be a problem or a happy event, or your regular life. I'm sure you'll see something.
Because I see a looooot of lucid dreams.
Good Luck,

1. Study your hands throughout the day and really focus on them. You can at the same time think to yourself, "When I see my hands I'll realize I'm dreaming!" The idea is that when you see your hands in your dream, it can be a trigger that you are dreaming and you can become lucid.

2. Before you go to sleep, recount your day backwards before you go to sleep. (E.g. I just brushed my teeth, before that I had a shower, before that I got home from the party...etc.) You may fall asleep before you're done the whole day. The point of this is to get rid of the extra "junk" in your subconscious leftover from the day's activities so you can have a dream not based on random things from the day.

3. I have used visualization in the past also as I was falling asleep. I would picture motion, like lying on my stomach on a soccer field and picturing myself slowly rising up into the air, how the field would get smaller and smaller as I got higher and higher. Or, I'd picture flying through space with stars flying past me. The sensation of movement I would create would give me a rush and sometimes take me right into a lucid dream.

Good luck!

As a Certified Hypnotherapist and author of a book on dreams (FOODMARES: The Crazy, Food Induced Dreams of Dashel Gabelli), the more you try sometimes the harder it is to do. Through hypnosis sesions, I have been able to help people unleash teh subconcious and then dreams theyhave are magnificent! It's a matter of relaxing and being aware, but not trying. The more relaxed youare the better this works. If you have a relaxation tape or self hypnosis tape, play it throughh headphones while you go to sleep....don't try to dream, just relax.......and watch what happens.......let me know what dreams you had!

Not sure why you want to live in a dream world? Dreams are from our subconscious mind. By controlling your dream is only temporary. When you wake up, you will have to face reality.
