If I decide to take AP Chemistry next year, I have a choice of taking AP Biology online because I already taking Honors Chemistry and I have an A. Is taking AP Biology hard if I take it in the internet? Is it even harder if I take it while I take AP Chemistry for 90 minutes in school everyday?

I teach Biology and I was a mentor to three students taking AP Bio online a couple of years ago. I think you should make sure you have a teacher/mentor who can help explain things and someone who can oversee your labs. Most online science classes require that "wet" labs be done, meaning hands-on labs versus online labs. You sound like a motivated student and I think that's half the battle in most challenging classes. Hard, however, is in the eye of the beholder. Hard might be "I have to study 3 hours for all the tests in order to get an A", or it might be "I have to read the chapters 3 times just to get a C." If you're willing to put in the time and effort to get whatever grade you are aiming for, then I don't think it will be too hard. Too hard is when you want to get the grade without putting forth an effort.

I thought you meant 6 AP classes in one year, but you actually mean throughout all of high school. That is not much at all at if you're trying to apply to the top schools like Berkeley. Many people start taking AP classes during their sophomore year and the top students I know have taken about 10+ AP classes throughout high school.
